We collect information you provide directly to us, such as: • Account information: name, email address, farm name, and location (province) • Farm operational data: field boundaries, crop records, grain inventory, equipment records, and financial records you choose to enter • Payment information: billing details are collected and processed by Stripe — we do not store credit card numbers on our servers • Usage data: how you interact with the platform • Device information: IP address, browser type, operating system • Location data: GPS coordinates when using mobile features (with your permission) We do not sell your personal information or farm data to third parties.

We use the information we collect to: • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service • Send you technical notices and support messages • Respond to your comments and questions • Protect against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity • Generate anonymized, aggregated insights (no farm-specific data is shared)

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in North America. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and at rest. Farm operational data is logically isolated per account using tenant-level access controls. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion request (via mike@ag360.farm), your data is removed within 30 days except where required by law.

The AG360 mobile app requests access to your device's location for features including field mapping, scouting reports, and employee time clock. Location data is: • Only collected when the app is in use and you have granted permission • Used solely for operational features within your account • Never shared with third parties for advertising purposes You can revoke location access at any time in your device settings.

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform: • Clerk (authentication and user management) • Stripe (payment processing — subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy) • Vercel (hosting and infrastructure) • Neon (database hosting) • Mapbox (mapping and geospatial features) • Anthropic (AI advisor features — only query text and attachments you explicitly submit are processed) • OpenAI (text embeddings for knowledge search) • Resend (transactional email delivery) • Sentry (error monitoring and performance tracking) • UptimeRobot (availability monitoring) • Apify (public data aggregation for equipment valuations) Each third-party service operates under their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to: • Access the personal information we hold about you • Correct inaccurate information • Request deletion of your personal information • Withdraw consent for data processing • File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada To exercise these rights, contact us at mike@ag360.farm.

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
